10 o’clock : an olive oil press
During the visit, you will discover the different stages of the making of olive oil, along with the famous tapenade (olive paste), and of course the excellent olives from Nice.
11 o’clock : olive paste workshop
In an old XVIIIth century Provencal Mas, Bernard Lambert, a Chef, will teach you how to make your own tapenade.
A free tasting will then be offered.
12 o’clock : lunch time.
On the spot, in the middle of a vast park, you will enjoy many regional olive-based specialities.
– 2 PM : visit of the olive grove and the gardens : hundred-year-old olive trees, Provencal species and also a kitchen garden growing vegetables from the past.
